At the End of the Day…

Sick is so much easier than healthy. And I’m so tired of fighting.

  1. Please keep fighting, Jess. I love you so dearly, my friend. I’m not one to talk since I too am struggling immensely to keep fighting, but I want you to keep trying for me, you hear? I know you can. You just have to make the choice, Jess. Please try. *Hugs Jess*

  2. No, buddy, that is not the truth. Maybe sick seems easier than becoming healthy, but it has never been and will never be easier than being healthy. Surrendering has never been an easy thing, but it’s usually the right thing.

  3. healthy takes a lot of work, a lot of very hard work. Sometimes it seems so much easier to just stay stuck than to keep trudging through the mud of life. Sending love and prayers your way. And remember, the army who fights just 5 minutes longer, wins the war. Keep fighting sweet one!

  4. I know. I know.
    but…

TAKE A NAP, GET SOME REST, AND WAKE UP!!!!
sometimes courage is the quite voice that says “I’ll try again tomorrow” … You don’t have to say “I’ll never give up!”
But if you say “I give up for today” just remember to find that courage to say “Tomorrow”

  5. Hi friend. Thinking about you so much lately. Can you post your Candor address so we can send you some lovely mail?

    LOVE YOU LOTS –

    Amie

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE RENOVATUS SERMONS ONLINE. IT’S GOOOOOOOD STUFF AND VERY RELEVANT TO WHERE YOU ARE NOW.

  6. You always seem to take the words right out of my mouth. I so understand where you are right now. It’s a super tough road, but you, and I, cannot give up. Where will it get you if you surrender? What benefits will you gain? I know for me it might momentarily keep me from avoiding the pain, avoiding failure, but it doesn’t solve the problem. We have to keep fighting. It’s hard, but you have the strength in you to do this. One day at a time. :)

  7. I agree with Missy.

It might SEEM this way right now, but truly WHAT IS TO COME? Do you want to find out? I’m there with my own self, but still find challenge in attempting to see beyond that which is so familiar to reach to a different space.

Jess – keep holding on and out or what YOU believe can BE YOURS.

It may not be TODAY, but what if; seriously; what if TOMORROW is that day that holds those moments.

Sending you support and hope that you will allow a space for all that you are.

    Be well.

  8. I agree with everyone here…this equation doesn’t really factor in everything. It factors in the strength that YOU have TODAY. Not the strength that HE can give every day that you need it. You really need to quit your job because you need more energy and attention to fight this. You DESERVE to have all your energy and attention to fight this.
