Long Runs = Lazy Afternoons

Hi there.

I went for a looooooooooooooong run this morning, so I’ve earned myself a ticket to sit and eat for the rest of the day. At least, that’s what I need to do if I don’t want my dietician to kick me out of her office on Wednesday.

At any rate, I’m leaning back, kicking up my feet and enjoying some “30 Rock” and “The Office.”  (And yes, eating lunch!)

Just thought you’d like to know. :)

  1. one of the many ways in which you’re awesome: you “earned myself a ticket to sit and eat for the rest of the day.” go you! have fun relaxing and watching tv! (ps, love that you’re rocking the converses) xoxo

    • Haha – I wish I could say I were *excited* about having to sit around an eat all day, but alas – I was not. But I’m walking a rather fine line with my dietician at this point, so if I don’t want to be exercise-restricted again, I’ve got to make up some lost calories.

And yes, this entire entry was basically just a way for me to show off my shoes. Hehe. :)

      xoxo
